Margate Burger Truck Wants to Supersize It’s Business

Bigger and beefier. The funky, 2 story Margate Food Truck wants to expand on their corner parcel of land.

Owners of the Margate Food Truck want to supersize their burger business at the corner of Ventnor & Frontenac Ave. Plans call for constructing a one-story addition with seating and bathrooms, and a new outdoor patio to sit and enjoy those juicy burgers and shakes. Upgrades for the landscaping and a new location of their driveway on Frontenac Ave are also on their wish list.

Margate Burger LLC: Two Story Stucco purchased for $625,000 on 2012-02-29. According to NJParcels , this property was assessed for $842,500.00. The land was assessed at $505,700 and the improvements to the property were assessed at $336,800.

7903 Ventnor Ave – MARGATE BURGER, LLC  pays $12,738.61 annually in taxes.

The Margate Planning Board hearing will be held 6:30p, Nov. 30 at Old City Hall, 1 S. Washington Ave., in Margate.

If you’re a Margate property owner within 200 feet of this faux food truck, you may want to attend this meeting.

  1. Don’t waste your money, The Burgers aren’t good! Over priced and frozen patties. I tried it 3 times very dissatisfied, service is not that good!
