This 8th annual ‘Go Green’ event featured environmentally friendly paddle boards, row boats, kayaks and other floating platforms festooned with revelers dressed up in their favorite costumes.
The parade got started with Ventnor Mayor Mike Bagnell giving the thumbs up and barking: ladies & gentlemen…..start your paddles…….GO….GREEN!
Ski Beach park at the end of Dorset Avenue was the launching point. The course cruised through the back canals of Ventnor and ended up at the Dr. John Holland Boat House at Surrey and Calvert Avenue. Prizes and awards were given out and everyone chowed down on some awesome BBQ.
