Margate Business met for their annual pre-summer member meeting this past Wednesday night.
Margate Business – well known for Beachstock, LeTour de Downbeach and Fall Funfest by the Bay.
Demand for Margate retail space remains incredibly strong. Of potential concern: transformation of some ‘mixed use’ space into residential.
Nice to see representatives from Jolly Pets, Margate Dairy Bar, Avant Girl, Jamaican Me Crazy, Cape Bank, Scout, Barrels, and others participating and joining the conversation while enjoying cocktails appetizers from Tomatoe’s. LOVE their very popular sushi & crabcakes.
“If Margate did not continually build and invest in our images, we would be suffering the pains of a staggering majority of coastal New Jersey towns. Other towns can only aspire to be perceived at the same level as Margate.”
