The Margate Terrapin Rescue Project just started another t-shirt fundraiser. Plenty of new styles and options, including stylish tank tops! The shirts come in all sizes.
Once the Terrapin fundraiser campaign is closed, they’ll ship the shirts directly to your house. This will be around August 3rd.

All proceeds go directly to helping purchase roadside barriers, materials for installing barriers, chicken wire for the guardrails and supplies for patrolling volunteers.

The Margate Terrapin Rescue Project’s mission is to protect local Diamondback Terrapin populations from being hit by cars. They reduce vehicular mortality by installing/repairing roadside barriers. They also provide daily patrols during the busy nesting season.
By installing roadside barriers, the Margate Terrapin Rescue Project significantly reduces the number of terrapin fatalities due to motor vehicles.
Roadside barriers, coupled with daily patrols along the causeway, continues to reduce the number of preventable Terrapin fatalities.
