A Community Security Update was given yesterday.
Chabad at the Shore at 6605 Atlantic Ave., provides Jewish social and educational programming. On Monday Aug 10, they received an unidentified threatening message. Ventnor Police immediately responded. The ongoing day camp was safely evacuated.
After investigating, Ventnor PD cleared the building and everyone returned safely. Grateful to VCPD for quick response. Please, remain vigilant. Strengthen security measures to protect our community.

Hate is a terrible human emotion. It invades a person’s ability to enjoy what surrounds them and blocks their rational thought. Our country needs people to respect the differences of all who surround us while embracing a “love thy neighbor” attitude. Hate can destroy the fabric of the common good!
