Co-owner Gennaro Comella is originally from Naples, Italy.

In his early 20s, Comella traveled to Atlantic City in order to work at his uncle’s restaurant, Girasole.

Founded in 2012 with the mission of bringing Apulian culinary traditions to the Downbeach area.

Tender chicken breast cutlets pounded thin. Cover in homemade breadcrumbs. Sautée until crispy. Pour melted mozzarella cheese on top. Place on a bed of homemade tomato sauce. Enjoy.
