Can anyone explain how the frequent user program on the AC Expressway works now?
The tolls aren’t being posted timely, despite this program having a deadline monthly, and if they are listed it is unfair to expect 30 monthly ‘trips’ when a full expressway use one way is now 1 toll vs. the previous 2.
The number of frequent use trips need should also be cut by 50%.
I have been unable to get anywhere with multiple calls to EZPASS. No one on the calls seems to understand the program with the new toll program.
