Starts behind Ventnor Library at Newport & the Boardwalk.

The family friendly 14 mile bicycle tour begins each year in Ventnor riding down the boardwalk through Atlantic City, a police escort through Margate and Longport, ending with a barbecue at Tomatoes’ restaurant on Amherst Ave. in Margate.

The first 200 registrants receive a Le Tour de Downbeach commemorative t-shirt.

The Pre Registration cost is $25 per rider or $20 each for four or more family riders. Day of ride registration is $30 per rider or $20 each for four or more family riders.

The event began as Le Tour de Ventnor in 2008, and has hundreds of annual attendees.
