The Margate City Police Department was proud to celebrate the promotion of two of it’s members.
It all happened Sept 4, 2025 at the Margate City Commission meeting.
Officer Jack Schall was promoted to the rank of Sergeant.
Sergeant Schall started with Margate PD in 2018. Since then he’s been a field training officer, a member of our motorcycle unit, and a LEAD instructor in the Margate City schools.
SLEO 2 Brett Grodziak was elevated to the position of full-time police officer.
Officer Grodziak completed his Police academy training in July and has been doing well in the field training program since that time.
Congratulations to Sergeant Schall and Officer Grodziak!
