MHA provides a voice to all homeowners, whether full or part time.
From MHA: Many have concerns about how you’ve been treated by others through this Covid-19 virus pandemic.
Let’s be honest, we’re all a bit scared. We all want to protect our loved ones as best we can.
Can we all stop polarizing? Maybe work toward a safe place to live? Yes we can.
More than ever, your voice needs to be heard. The MHA can help lift that voice. Both full-time residents and 2nd homeowners need to be heard. We all matter.
The Margate Homeowners Association has made great strides working with local officials.
Margate City Hall now recognizes and appreciates MHA involvement. Local leaders see the MHA as an association that wants to do good for all of Margate, full and part-timers.
MHA is working with the the 3 Margate Commissioners to provide help to those in Margate who need it. Lines of communication are open and getting stronger.
Margate Homeowners Association seasonal programs that benefit all, are on hold until further notice.
Be patient. Be kind. Be caring and sharing when you can. We need each other more than ever. A united community will be stronger and more inclusive when we emerge from this nightmare if we work together now.
