Providing a voice to ALL Margate homeowners. A better representation of our interests and concerns. Helping to make Margate a better place to live & visit.
Membership is open to all people owning residential real estate in Margate City, NJ.
This group can share the concerns and opinions of all Margate Homeowners whether they are full time or seasonal residents.

Being a member without a voice (vote) doesn’t sit well with me. A waste of money. It appears the current local leadership doesn’t care what us seasonal home owners think. I’ve been a seasonal (4/1-9/30)homeowner for 40 years. The only decision I can hope for is if I want Chocolate or Vanilla soft serve at the Dairy Bar.
