Ring in 2018 with the Bay Atlantic Symphony and soprano Lauren Snouffer.
It’s a New Year’s Eve event 7:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 31 at the Dominick A. Potena Performing Arts Center, 7804 Amherst Ave.
Sponsored by the City of Margate, the Margate Board of Education, Margate Public Library and Friends of the Symphony.
Admission is free but tickets are required. Up to four tickets per Margate household can be picked up beginning Saturday, Nov. 4 at the Margate Library, 8100 Atlantic Ave.
The Bay Atlantic Symphony features over 50 professional musicians under music director Jed Gaylin. They will perform compositions by George Gershwin, Johann Strauss and Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart.
The music will be accompanied by singer Lauren Snouffer.
