The Margate Planning Board will discuss submitted expansion plans for the Margate Food Truck burger & ice cream business.
On Thursday Nov. 30., owners of the eatery will request variances in order to expand their Ventnor Ave. business.
Neighbors will also be in attendance, some of whom have concerns regarding parking, traffic congestion and public safety.

There is clearly a parking problem and a non conforming addition that does not match existing building. Violation of Margate ordinances. Not good!
