Temporary well system drilled into Margate beaches. Seems to be a French Drain, which is prone to clogging. It redirects water away from an area.
A French Drain that is not installed with a sump pump counts on gravity alone to drain pooled water.
Ventnor boardwalk views being noisily disrupted by dune building and beach widening near Wissahickon Ave. Sound of the bulldozer clackity-clack can be heard for blocks.
