Murphy Executive Order Creates Sex Change Sanctuary in New Jersey

Sanctuary State.

NJ Gov Murphy signed another executive order. This time, making New Jersey a ‘sanctuary’ for those seeking experimental, sex-change procedures.

According to the April 4, 2023 executive order, individuals could be protected and encouraged to ‘affirm’ their gender in the State of New Jersey.

Dr. Levine and Patrick Kennedy

Children under 18 years of age could travel to NJ from any state that bans these types of transgender surgery services.

Once in New Jersey, the individual suffering from gender dysphoria can access various drugs and other treatments / services. Puberty blockers. Hormone therapy.

Host John DeMasi of WPG Radio commented on NJ Gov Murphy’s executive order:

CHOP, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has department devoted to ‘gender affirming care’. Gender and Sexuality Development Clinic at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.

Rachel Levine Transgender Childrens Hospital New Jersey

Admiral Levine serves as Assistant Secretary for U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), nominated by President Joe Biden in 2021.

Emails reveal Dr Levine talks about ‘gender confirmation surgery’ for young people under 18 years of age, which could include ‘top surgery for trans young men and top and bottom surgery for trans young women.’

Top and bottom surgery: irreversible surgical changes to make person appear to be different sex. Removal of women’s breasts and removal and reconstruction of male sexual organs.

‘What we really try to do with this program is create a one-stop shop for families’ needs,’ Dr. Linda Hawkins, of the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, said.

Unfair Advantage?

Men competing in women’s sports threatens awards, scholarships and sponsorship opportunities.

Privacy and personal safety also at risk for young girls and women.

Trans swimmer Lia Thomas ‘dropped pants’ and exposed ‘male genitalia’ in women’s locker room, claims University of Kentucky athlete Riley Gaines.

Growing number of school age girls suffer from gender dysphoria; believing they’re a boy.

Transgender procedures and treatments are often non-reversible and require a lifetime of special care, drugs and follow-up.

In NJ’s public school system, boys who claim and/or identify as a girl, can legally use a girls bathroom or locker room. Parents may or may not be notified.

NJ Public School students are allowed to use restrooms and locker rooms or participate in extracurricular activities, including intramural or interscholastic sports, that best correspond to their gender identity and expression.

  1. Please stick to Downbeach news, which you are generally doing a great job covering.
Many of us come to Downbeach as our sanctuary from the stresses of daily life. Often this includes the types of politically charged issues that you seem to be starting to cover, which are already being covered ad nauseam by Fox News, MSNBC and everything in between. Some may agree with the policies reported and some may disagree, but what unites all of us is a love of Downbeach.
We have very limited media coverage of the topics that directly impact our community. That’s the reason that I am your subscriber. Please focus on what you do best, and leave the rest to others.

  2. Please continue to include NJ State news, like this, with Downbeach news. A job which DownbeachBuzz has always done so well!

Many who remain Downbeach Locals, and those of us Locals who recently moved offshore after the post-Covid invasion to The Island of Second Homeowners trying to escape their own god-awful States, seeking refuge in our backyards, or as they refer to the Downbeach, to their happy place, appreciate your completely inclusive NJ reporting.

The reason Locals subscribe? Because DownbeachBuzz focuses on us.

    #JerseyStrong … Thank You!

    1. A Local Who Didn’t Leave Downbeach

Well, as of now the “Growing Danger Of Electric Bikes On Ventnor Boardwalk” has 43 comments and this article has 3 (now 4). To the extent that comments are an indication of interest among readers, you would seem to be an outlier if you’re reading Downbeach Buzz for statewide or (more accurately) national political issues. I suspect that the lack of comments on this article is the silent majority of Downbeach Buzz readers making their feelings known by their apparent lack of interest in Downbeach Buzz’s coverage of these types of topics.

  3. I never knew CHOP, Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia has department devoted to ‘gender affirming care’.

  4. This issue is now a local issue too. Our schools must follow Governor Murphy’s new rules, or lose funding.

  5. Thank you for covering Gov Murph and his dangerous executive orders. We who live here with no real honest newspaper still need to know what our children are being exposed to, or worse, pushed or forced into.

The safest of us would not let our daughters use a bathroom with a neighborhood boy but yet the schools can leave our girls vulnerable.

My grand kids all starting elementary school pretend they’re anything they want to be when playing games they made up.

One crazy school official could screw our families legally now. I guess he’s going to sic DCP&P on a parent who would rather teach morals.

And forget CHOP (Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia). Cooper has come a long way, even passing CHOP in many specialist areas.

Thanks for informing us on what our tax dollars are being wasted on. Keep us in the know. Thank you
