The new owners of that retail space? The team behind Nucky’s at Ventnor Square Theatre.

NOTE: Santucci’s pizza will now operate as a take-out only business. They’ll move right next door into the spot formerly operated by ULA. (now in Margate)

No grand opening info yet. Ventnor Social still doing renovations at 6413 Ventnor Ave.
