As welcome as rain on your wedding day, Ventnor beach-goers witnessed the next invasion of diesel equipment, iron pipes and DANGER KEEP OFF signs.

On Monday June 19, flatbed trucks off-loaded items that’ll be used for the mid-summer dredging & dune building over the next 5 weeks in Ventnor.

Portions of the Ventnor volleyball court  (next to playground & tennis courts) at Suffolk Ave will be used as a so-called ‘staging area’. A section on front beach at Suffolk Ave. is being used as a storage area / parking lot for pipes, flood-lights, power generators, pumps and diesel equipment.
