New Winter Pickleball League.
Austin Cocktails & Pickle Juice Pickleball Club have partnered to form a ‘Bar League’ where local bars partner up and host weekly happy hours after pickleball play.
Every Tuesday Night, 6-8 PM at Pickle Juice Pickleball Club in Ventnor.
Runs on Tuesday nights for 8 weeks through the end of February 2025.
All league play held at Pickle Juice Pickleball Club.
What is “DHD”?
Some of you may be wondering what exactly do these 3 letters mean with regard to the league.
Last May, 6 of us travelled down to OC, Maryland to compete in a tournament. We spent weeks prior practicing together, competing hard but always having fun in the process. Luckily we returned with medals in hand, but that memory was way down on the list from that weekend.
It was the friendships that were solidified afterwards and memories of the laughter and fun times we had. So we decided to form a league where we could bring together some of our Performance family and all the new friends we’ve made since.
A league where the results would end up being the secondary memory, just like our weekend in OC.
So don’t worry about making a bad shot, missing an easy smash, hitting a ball that’s going out. In this league, we will be forgiven for our mistakes and celebrated for our efforts.
