Showboat Resort Atlantic City (owned by developer Bart Blatstein) facing a partial property foreclosure due to loan defaults.

On June 30, 2026, Computershare Trust Co. filed suit seeking to auction off a portion of Blatstein’s Boardwalk properties at sheriff’s sale in order to recover unpaid debts. Phila Biz Journal;
