MARGATE – The local farmers market ended its summer season on Thursday, Sept. 4, but organizers are already focusing on the annual Thanksgiving market and next season.
The farmers market, held at Steve and Cookie’s By the Bay, was busy Thursday, but not as busy as it was throughout the summer when seasonal residents joined the locals to shop for the best stuff on Earth. The market offered the finest Jersey Fresh produce, cheese, breads and seafood, which kept shoppers coming back every week.
