  1. Tax paying constituent

Is this why people have been moving out of the apartments? Moving truck was there last week. Interesting.

  2. So you seriously think that before discovery is completed, before the hearing has even kicked off and before a verdict has been announced that people are moving out as a result?

Or perhaps someone is just moving. Get a grip.

  3. Just let the guy have his building, nothing bad has happened since it’s been there.

Blame the township for not following up on the building, but I’m sure those people are retired or dead since the permits went out on the beginning of the project.

  4. I think that’s why there are permits and approvals. Even as a single home owner, you have to follow the guidelines of the town.

My biggest beef is “where’s the parking”?

For every unit, you’re required to have at least 1 space.

For our 3 bedroom house in Longport, we had to have 3 parking spaces.

Why should a builder get to skirt the law especially in an already overcrowded condition ?

  5. Who is paying off who to allow this to happen? Too much corruption in Margate. Easy, you can’t sue the city.

Shame on Margate for not doing there job to protect the property owners.

Our tax dollars should support the wisdom of our elected officials to show integrity and take pride in their work.
