AirBnB’s and short terms renewals are make parking worse in the Downbeach area. Some say it’s negatively affecting the quality of life in Ventnor and Margate.
There is no minimum rental period in Ventnor. You can rent a single Saturday night in Ventnor.
Margate has one week, rental minimum.

I don’t think this is the right solution, these airbnbs attract al ot of people to Ventnor who spend their tourist dollars in the city. I hosted over 600 people and only one time did they have a party.
The majority are good hard working folks who are looking for deal, or a home they can share together as a family. I believe the tourist and the revenue they generate is a positive for the city.
Ocean City, Avalon, Stone Harbor, etc have one week rentals.
