Sealed bids are due Friday, June 23 at 10a. The city could issue of one (1) Liquor License to be used within the City of Ventnor. Minimum bid is $100,000.
Ventnor officials announce $800k Streetscape improvement grant for North Beach.
Commissioner Lance Landgraf believes this mixed-use commercial-residential neighborhood project should attract new investment to the area.
The long-awaited grant will pay for streetscape design and construction along a 3 block section of Ventnor’s Northbeach area: Atlantic Ave from Weymouth to Surrey.
New curbs, fresh sidewalks, brick pavers, upgraded streetlights, trees, benches, bike racks, and more. Wow.

Dunkin Donuts wants to invest in Ventnor.
The popular purveyor of coffee and donuts will be filing a planning board application in the very near future. Where could Ventnor eventually get their daily coffee fix from Dunkin Donuts? Maybe right next to the new Italian eatery, Tutto Fresco on Ventnor Ave.
This potential new business is more proof that Ventnor’s on the radar of outside investors.
P.S…… Don’t worry #7311 Coffee …..we’ll bounce back n forth between you & DD. We LOVE your small batch goodness. But every so often, we need an old-school glazed donut from DD.

Ventnor Beach BBQs for Summer 2017.
Barbecues will now be permitted on Ventnor beaches every Saturday and Sunday from July 1 to September 30 ….10a to 6p.
no to BBQs! Will generate too much trash, and who wants to sit next to people and smell their smoky grill? I want to smell fresh salt air, not grilling hotdogs and hamburgers!
No BBQs!! People….esp tourists….don’t bother cleaning up after themselves! Let them support the local restaurants and go out to eat, not sit on our beaches and grill their food from home and litter our beach! Please!
