The Queen Bean Bistro on the Ventnor Boardwalk is Chef Salvatore Giambrone’s vision come to life.
Sal prides himself on using clean, healthy ingredients without sacrificing flavor.
Queen Bean doesn’t use seed oils like canola, corn or soybean. They’re highly processed and are derived from genetically modified crops. A number of chronic inflammatory diseases have been linked to these types of industrial seed oils.
Queen Bean has Vegan & Vegetarian options too. Chef Sal prepares every dish to order. He can prepare just about any dish… gluten free.

The Queen Bean is a wonderful asset to our Ventnor restaurant scene. Their food is delicious and the staff are warm and helpful. They make a great latte and their homemade scones are delicious!
I judge any restaurant by their coffee. (Just my own assessment quirk.) Queen Bean gets an A+. Had an amazing breakfast with a friend. I love this place. Sal is the best. It draws folks on and off season.
