Having graduated from Ocean City High School and attended Philadelphia University for Textiles, Carmen developed a passion for health and wellness at a young age.
It all began when she started receiving acupuncture and practicing yoga during her high school years.
However, it was during Carmen’s study abroad in China that her fascination with Chinese medicine surpassed her initial interest in textile factories.
The exposure to Eastern healing practices further fueled her desire to open a spa that embraces holistic approaches to well-being.
Carmen Rodriguez was ready to make a positive impact in her community.
Carmen continues her studies each year in Belize, Central America.
Under the guidance of the esteemed Dr. Rosita Arvigo, she immerses herself in the ancient practices of Maya abdominal therapy, herbalism, and holistic uterine health.
Carmen recently embarked on a new journey to become a certified Doula through DONA International.

Teachers and some colleagues, but Carmen’s mom is the biggest influence in her life. The mantra “where there’s a will, there’s a way” has become a part of who I am. Everything I have ever experienced, is because I willed it.
