Atlantic County Commissioner Ernest Coursey still facing scrutiny for his questionable management of Bader Field’s parking operation since 2011.
Johnny Ex, owner of popular Ducktown Tavern in Atlantic City asking about potential $35,000 collected in parking fees at a recent Bader Field truck event.
Watch video above.
When are those parking funds deposited? Who holds all that cash?
Listen to Commissioner Ernest Coursey defend himself on WOND Radio:
Coursey is an Atlantic County Commissioner representing Margate, Ventnor, Longport and Atlantic City.
Ernest Coursey is also Chief of Staff for Atlantic City Mayor, Marty Small.
Recent Bader Field event. AC Truck Meet.
According to Johnny Ex video above:
- 1,750 vehicles
- $20 each
- $35k minimum collected
- All cash
When was $35,000 deposited into city acct?
Accusations of inaccurate vehicle counts. Not using latest technology to quickly park cars. Should not have cash on hand, should be quickly deposited. Odd that cash is still being collected.
What happens if someone gets robbed? Very risky to have all that cash on site.
Sticky fingers? Stickum on Ernest’s hands?
Graft and corruption run rampant in AC! Who is auditing? Where is the oversight?
They are taking all this cash and whacking it up! Don’t be naieve. Audit thier bank accounts and personal finances!
That money will never be accounted for. Corruption is the norm in AC. Nothing new!!!!
Why do they demand cash-only? I think we all know that answer.
Would not trust anyone in this administration, for good reason. Who are they kidding?
Business as usual in AC. Unbelievable. Corruption in AC is systemic.
You’re of course making assumptions that have no evidence based on the facts explanations offered. Just becuase you don’t agree with the cash approach to this parking doesn’t make it corrupt.
