Irwin, Lacca.

Phyllis Lacca is the co-founder and president of HOPE Holistic Healthcare in Atlantic City.

According to ROI-NJ, Ms. Lacca and her business partner, George Irwin want to build a 40,000-square-foot cannabis cultivation and retail operation on N. Albany Ave in Atlantic City.

The proposed location is outside the so-called cannabis friendly ‘Green Zone’, a zoning designation by the CRDA.

Lacca is best known as the president of Masterpiece Advertising.

NOTE: AC Mayor Marty Small wants to expand the green zone to include N Albany Ave and possibly the Chelsea and Lower Chelsea neighborhoods of Atlantic City.

I’m committed to making Atlantic City the East Coast capital of cannabis.

  1. Why not be a legit, upmarket, gorgeous, welcoming family resort? It sure works for Ocean City!
Do the City’s residents want the smell of cannabis everywhere? Stoners everywhere? It’s not working out too well for NYC and it has far more to offer to visitors than AC. Tax revenue is only one consideration, quality of life must be another priority.

  2. Thanks for recognizing such an amazing woman, business partner and advocate for the City of Atlantic City and the great State of New Jersey. She has been an amazing strong Woman Owned Business and does so much for the community from helping the nuns and homeless at the Franciscan Mission, to countless boards and capital contributions to small groups and an outspoken mentor for women support! Amazing more positive recognition to one of the states leaders!

  3. Bad idea to make Atlantic City the Cannabis Capital Of the East Coast! Doesn’t AC have enough problems to deal with?

And now you want to add more drugs into the mix?

These are the results when the residents put the wrong people in charge of AC.
