Ventnor Commissioners and the Planning Board now considering redevelopment of commercial property on Wellington Ave, next to Ventnor Plaza.
Developer Steven Yenowitz of Ventnor Holdings, LLC wants to build a self-storage facility on the lot.

In 2018, that parcel may have been designated as ‘an area in need of redevelopment’.
Indoor storage building. Outside storage in rear for RVs and boats.
The Dollar General store will remain.
Commissioner Maria Mento has concerns about the boats in the back. ‘I don’t want it to look like a junkyard.’
There will be two public hearings.
The Ventnor Planning Board will consider the plan at the December 13, 2023 meeting.
If approved by Planning, Commissioners will then consider the proposal at their next meeting on December 14, 2023.
