Letter To The Editor from Joseph J. Giralo of Hammonton & Ventnor:

The change that Ventnor needs is the team of Kriebel, Holtzman and Landgraf. I have personally known Beth and Lance for many years. I have served on the Hammonton Planning Board for over 30 years and met a young Lance Landgraf in his early days as a planner. He has always been a professional in every way. He is extremely detail-oriented in every part of his profession, and I know he will bring that skill set to Ventnor.

Beth Holtzman and I met early on in life at college. She has always been a stand-up individual who is a straight shooter and one who always does her homework.

Kriebel, Holtzman and Landgraf – experience Ventnor desperately  needs.

Years later our paths crossed as I  worked with Beth at county government. She has always been one to cross her t’s and dot her i’s. Ventnor will be well served by her. The experience that Tim, Beth and Lance bring to the table can’t be matched by anyone in this election.

Although I reside in Hammonton and currently serve as a councilman, our family summer home is in Ventnor. What takes place in Ventnor is very near and dear to my heart. That’s why I am so happy to endorse this ticket.

To the editor: Michael Advena is running for a Ventnor commissioner’s seat in the May election.

Advena has said he is running to make Ventnor affordable to live in. He stated that the high cost of Ventnor’s taxes, water and sewer fees are driving owners away from town. Hold on a second–are we living in the Matrix?

Advena Voted to Raise Ventnor Real Estate Taxes

I  ask the town’s voting public to think back before they vote in May.  As a commissioner in 2011  and 2012, Advena voted to raise our real estate taxes the maximum amount allowed by law.

During that same time frame, he voted to increase our water and sewer fees more than 75 percent. He now states that if elected he will review all the city’s  finances to streamline operations, yet while he was a  Ventnor commissioner, he did nothing that  would  support  or remotely be interpreted as holding down the cost of living.

My response to Advena is,“Actions speak louder than words!

His actions during his tenure as commissioner have shown us who he is and what he stands for. I’m tired of hearing politicians like Advena say what they think the voters want to hear.

He had his chance and he blew it. Our town needs a  unified group of commissioners, and as such, I ask everyone to vote for the“Imagine Ventnor Team”of Kriebel, Holtzman and Landgraf. They will get the job done right the first time

Imagine Ventnor with Kreibel, Holtzman, Landgraf.

To the editor:

I  really can“Imagine Ventnor” becoming a more beautiful and financially stable city with the Kreibel, Holtzman, Landgraf team in City Hall.

I feel Ventnor finally has three individuals who are professionally qualified to make our city a better place to live. Lance with his years of planning experience, Tim’s construction and design, and Beth’s government accounting–this is who Ventnor needs.

For years Tim, Beth  and Lance have been pillars of our community. Let’s now make them official. Come out on May 10 and vote Column C.
