No. 7311 features small batch baking using heirloom whole grain flours milled fresh. Pastries are made with locally sourced honey, sprouted wheat, buckwheat and barley flour.
Two specialty coffees are offered, imported from Costa Rica, Kenya, or Ethiopia and recently roasted. Both are organic and sustainably grown
