WOKWORKS is a ‘fast-casual’ stir-fry shop coming to Margate this summer.
Where? Site of former Greens and Grains and Stewarts at 7801 Ventnor Ave.
WOKWORKS uses wok cooking to make bowls in 90 seconds.
Chili garlic chicken, dry pepper steak, crispy vegetable dumplings, Korean fried wings, tiger fried rice, cinnamon sugar wonton crisps, and customizable single-serving boxes with chicken, steak, shrimp, and veggies.
WOKWORKS owners Brennan and Samantha Foxman grew up in Linwood.
We can’t wait to bring the addictive and electrifying magic of wok cooking, delicious local ingredients, new recipes, and a menu selection we’ve been fine tuning for over a decade in Philadelphia.
Wokworks also will feature gluten-free and vegan options.
HEALTHY, VEGETABLE-FORWARD, FAST FOOD.
At Wokworks, everything is made from scratch & seared in a wok over high heat.
Wok artisans work in a sensory rich environment of clanking metal, smoke, steam, and jet torch flames.
Each bowl is packed with intense flavor, nutrients and a hint of smokiness.
It’s all about “wok hei”, the distinctively complex smoky flavor and aroma that can only be achieved when natural ingredients and intense heat meet in the wok.
Looks Delicious. Can’t wait. They have been renovating the location for a while
