Ventnor Aims To Increase Summer Revenue

A Ventnor Ski Beach kayak & paddle-board concession could soon be put out for bids, with a contract awarded soon thereafter.

Ventnor Ski Beach & Boat Ramp.

Scenic, yet out-of-the-way, Ventnor Ski Beach is on the east side of Dorset Ave. The bay-front park is an oft-forgotten recreation area. Most recently, it hosted a successful food truck festival, as well as an ill-fated & controversial, Puerto Rico Benefit Concert.

The City of Ventnor may soon upgrade it’s 3 boardwalk pavilions. Funding could come from sponsorship and donations. Each pavilion could have contributor plaques attached.

The Ski Beach BOAT RAMP is available for all Ventnor City Residents for the launching of boats and personal watercraft. Located at Ski Beach at the end of Dorset Avenue in Ventnor Heights, the boat ramp is open during daylight hours.
