Margate Real Estate had a strong first quarter. No kidding, what else is new? Ventnor, on the other hand, lagged just a bit. But keep an eye on Ventnor. This misunderstood town nestled between Atlantic City & Margate is poised to become a real winner, as long as it’s promoted and marketed properly.
Ventnor shows some nice promise for a much better Summer 2016. Even Real Estate developer Bart Blatstein thinks so. So there.
