Mayor Nick Russo is reaching out to residents to see if anyone is interested in serving on local boards in the Borough of Longport.

“I have heard from several residents that they are interested in serving on volunteer boards. For those of you who have expressed interest and for others, too, please let me know if you wish to serve. We may have some openings coming up on our library’s board of trustees,” said Russo.

When there are potential openings on these committees, Longport Borough will review the names of those who have expressed interest.
