Drone video photography takes real estate marketing to the next level. You get to really see a multimillion dollar property, how it’s situated from above. Looking down from above. You can see the context.

Drone video photography. Some properties, some individual properties really shine, especially if they’re on the market. They really shine if you have good, uh, drone photography. Yeah. Especially if they’re on the water. You wanna see the proximity to the water, what’s around it, what they’re, what, you know, what they’re close to as,

Sherri Lilienfeld of EXP Realty says come on down and stay here full time here in Margate, Ventnor, Longport, maybe even Lower Chelsea.

The circuitry of a camera got smaller. These battery powered miniature helicopters got cheaper to produce and they’re lighter, they’re more efficient. And with remote control, wifi or bluetooth or RF frequency to control it. Hard to believe you can do all this for a couple hundred bucks.

Reasons people are coming to the shore. Big mega houses, right? Spending more time down at the shore or year-round. Having their extended family come. They want a lot of bedrooms and bathrooms.

Tearing down small two or three bedroom cottages. They’ll hit the market and then get gobbled up by a builder.

Demand for a primary suite on the main living floor that has a bedroom and a bathroom. So people don’t have to do a lot of steps, that also pushes the need for elevators.

These are all elements we’re seeing in the new construction and this is why we’re seeing a lot of the demand for it because of this exodus to the Jersey shore for year-round living.
