Ventnor and Margate beach badges are now on sale. In Ventnor; 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the Tax Office at Ventnor City Hall, 6201 Atlantic Ave., and the Margate Municipal Building, 9001 Winchester Ave. from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
Badges will be sold at the Margate Bloom Pavilion in Margate from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. seven days a week.
Badges are required for everyone over 12.
All badges are $15. Free veteran badges are available at the Bloom Pavilion for active military and New Jersey National Guard, their spouses and dependent children over 12. Honorably discharged veterans can receive one badge by showing military ID or discharge papers. Proper identification required.
