Ventnor could be scarfing down fresh donuts and coffee from a new Dunkin Donuts next summer.
A Dunkin’ Donuts is planned for a former gas station that’s been sitting vacant for 16 years. The corner of Portland and Ventnor Ave. The plot is right next to Tutto Fresco Restaurant.
So far, variances to allow outdoor seating and a drive-thru window were OK’ed. Look for a bike rack to be included on the new property.
Attorneys for the franchisee will appear before the Ventnor Planning Board on Nov. 27 to ask for parking, landscaping and signage variances.
